📋 Description

• Manage client SLAs • Plan production through monthly, weekly, and daily queue management • Move resources based on needs • Manage projects, including resource planning, risk management, and escalations • Monitor quality performance, root causes, and resolutions to team quality challenges • Ensure coding complies with productivity standards • Contribute to employee performance management with managers/directors • Enforce standard operating procedures across the coding function • Collaborate with other revenue cycle management functional areas regarding coding needs • Research and respond to complex coder queries • Lead new hire training

🎯 Requirements

• AAPC or AHIMA certification required, such as CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P • Five to seven years of medical coding, billing, and management experience preferred • Anesthesia/surgical coding preferred • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and clients • Ability to work in a collaborative environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Technical/Functional Knowledge of Health Care industry • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and Excel • Strong organizational skills • Ability to analyze and problem solve
