📋 Description

• Coordinate internal communications projects, workflows, tools, and resources • Support staff-facing communication channels • Draft, adapt, edit, and proofread communications materials • Assist with analytics, dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics • Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder follow-up, team inboxes, translation workflows, and vendor workflows • Plan and deliver organization-wide events and communication initiatives • Support communication intake and governance processes • Route requests, collect required information, and align projects with established workflows and priorities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partner teams • Use audience insights and engagement data to inform content, channel, and audience engagement strategies • Manage projects independently from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Experience supporting employee, internal or organizational communications across multiple channels, including newsletters, email, intranet, or digital platforms • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, partners, or vendors • Strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through when working independently • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Comfort working with data, dashboards, reporting tools, and communications metrics • Interest in using audience insights and engagement data to improve communications • Familiarity with communications platforms, content management systems, newsletter tools or digital publishing technologies • Multi-lingual skills and cross-cultural experience are a plus • Must meet The Nature Conservancy's background screening requirements
