📋 Description

• Execute design and implementation of creative and effective data solutions • Maintain and enhance a robust Power BI relational model of conservation program and financial data • Design and implement technical and process solutions • Investigate specific business questions • Build enterprise dashboards • Deliver self-service analytics resources that empower business users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and 5 years’ experience in programming and systems design, or equivalent combination • Proficiency with SQL, Databricks (DB SQL), M, DAX or similar language and data manipulation concepts (e.g., table joins, cardinality) • Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI, AWS Quick Sight, or similar BI tool • Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams to design, document, and implement fit for purpose technical solutions • Experience soliciting business requirements and translating desired business outcomes into technical specifications for engineering partners • Experience with enterprise self-service paradigm, including data literacy enablement, and data governance principles • Experience independently prioritizing multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional customer services skills
