📋 Description

• Partner with Recruiters to proactively develop hiring pipelines, priorities, and timing • Become a subject matter expert for each recruitment globally and cross-functionally • Research and identify top talent for executive, niche, and growth positions • Contact, screen, and qualify passive candidates for executive-level recruitments • Conduct sourcing calls, phone screens, reference checks, and document results • Manage client- and candidate-facing recruiting activities, including prep and debrief calls • Build relationships and directly source talent through personal networks, LinkedIn, web searches, social media, job boards, associations, and university career sites • Track and disposition prospects, sources, and applicants in Phenom CRM and Workday ATS • Produce recruitment research and status reports for Recruiters and Hiring Managers • Identify and prioritize high-potential profiles and present them to Recruiters • Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews and send preparation materials • Attend online networking events to learn sourcing tools and techniques • Train field staff in creative sourcing tools and recruiting techniques as needed • Support recruiting project management and collaborate with Recruiters, the Knowledge Manager, Scheduler, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, and hiring teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years related work experience in area(s) of specialization or equivalent combination • At least 3 years of experience working with an applicant tracking system, including reporting and analytics • Experience conducting sourcing calls, phone screen assessments, and reference checks • Experience with social media channel sourcing and online presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter • Advanced internet research skills • Knowledge of recruiting and advanced sourcing techniques, including Google Custom Search Engine and Boolean Sourcing • Experience coordinating and leading projects • Experience writing job advertisements and posting jobs online • Experience handling confidential and sensitive data • Proven written and verbal communication skills • Ability to train others • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Box • Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills • Experience working well under pressure and under tight and changing deadlines • Experience multitasking, being resourceful, and persistent • Successful applicant must meet The Nature Conservancy’s background screening requirements
