📋 Description

• Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for core and mid-level donor segments • Lead planning and execution of 3–4 annual fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital fundraising • Manage donor acquisition strategies to build the donor pipeline • Identify major gift prospects and conduct prospect research • Steward core, mid-level, recurring, and lapsed donors • Create donor-centered content for appeals, stewardship, and campaign communications • Administer Salesforce NPSP, including data hygiene, workflow configuration, and system optimization • Process gifts, acknowledgements, and tax receipts • Maintain and optimize Mailchimp and Salesforce integrations • Maintain Fundraise Up and online contribution workflows in Salesforce • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, KPIs, and campaign insights • Partner with Finance on monthly contributed-revenue reconciliation • Collaborate with Communications & Marketing on campaign assets • Manage relationships with mailhouses, graphic designers, and print shops • Oversee content and promotion for stock gifts, Qualified Charitable Distributions, cryptocurrency, and employer matching gifts • Coordinate with third-party fundraising partners • Use JIRA to track and complete tasks across Philanthropy and Communications

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in annual fund management and philanthropic operations • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce NPSP • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Writing samples required • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within and across teams • Experience with donor segmentation, stewardship, and campaign execution using digital technologies • Experience with Salesforce NPSP • Experience with Mailchimp • Experience with Fundraise Up • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with iWave or similar prospect research tool • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tool • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in conservation or nonprofit environments preferred
