• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives as a senior Executive Assistant. • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel for senior leaders. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential and sensitive information. • Strong proficiency with calendar, travel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, expense platforms, video conferencing). • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities independently. • Comfortable working remotely with a self-directed, accountable work style. • Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or multi-state organization is a plus.
