• Providing advanced administrative support to at least two Vice President level roles within the Brokerage organization • Managing a complex and ever changing calendar • Scheduling and coordination of meetings, including agenda development • Creating reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint • Coordinating travel, organizing and processing expenses and invoices • Assisting with larger group initiatives as needed • Partnering with your peers and colleagues to ensure adequate support for the executive team, including vacation/absence coverage
• A bachelor's degree strongly preferred, and experience in administrative assistant work supporting leaders • Must have 6 years of experience in administrative support or like roles • Polished administrative with professional maturity and previous corporate environment experience • Ability to support multiple functions simultaneously • Effectively interact with senior level management both internally and with external clients • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Extremely detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and eagerness to develop expertise in these programs • Skilled in SharePoint and able to develop and maintain sites • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new technology • Proven ability to prioritize, react and think quickly • You are a self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement • You seek clarification or assistance when needed • You desire to work as a true partner with executives and anticipate needs • Your willingness to get involved with the work of the larger team
