📋 Description

• Help clients find their dream home • Build a strong and sustainable real estate business • Work with high-intent buyers and sellers provided through Zillow partnership and company lead flow • Use proven systems to get clients under contract quickly • Close approximately 2–6+ transactions per month • Participate in coaching, mentorship, accountability, and weekly training • Collaborate with leadership and team members • Develop a book of business and pursue growth and leadership opportunities • Use CRM, e-signature, document management, marketing, and office tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Real Estate License • New Agents and Experienced Agents are Welcome • Coachable, driven, and motivated to succeed • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media • Desire to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business • Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required
