📋 Description

• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers on your schedule • Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends • Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings • Work remotely in the field without office visits • Submit an application and participate in a video screen if minimum qualifications are met • Work as an independent contractor conducting field events

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market • Successful completion of background screening consistent with applicable law
