📋 Description

• Builds client requirements utilizing CRM/Dynamics 365, eZBenefits and SharePoint based on business sold and outlined in RFP and contract. • Reviews and translates client plan documents and captures all requirements in the standard documents. • Identifies, captures and maintains all client benefits requirements throughout the lifecycle of the client contract. • End-to-end accountability for the overall timeliness and success of the client requirements for projects supported or led. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirement accuracy. • Performs quality validation on all requirements prior to handoff. • Responsible for tool standardization, appropriate resolution to technical issues, and data integrity. • Identifies and presents opportunities to improve efficiencies and standardization through enhanced processes and tools. • Adheres to department and company policy and procedures. • Travels to onsite meetings as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred • Proficiency with Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) required • Experience with CRM and various reporting tools are a plus • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
