📋 Description

• Oversee an efficient and effective candidate hiring process across interview, offer letter, and pre-employment stages • Liaise between candidates, business partners, and hiring teams throughout interview and pre-boarding • Promote a positive and inclusive culture through each candidate touchpoint • Resolve complex stakeholder and candidate inquiries with innovative solutions • Advise candidates and hiring managers on their needs and interactions • Drive operational outcomes and positive change across processes and systems • Manage a large volume of tasks while maintaining focus and quality control • Use CRM technology to facilitate communication, enhance service delivery, and resolve issues • Evaluate workflows and recommend operational and process improvements • Maintain systems and data integrity throughout the hiring process • Ensure regulatory and company-specific compliance, reporting, and documentation accuracy • Support special projects involving process optimization and candidate experience enhancements • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience • Proven exceptional customer service experience • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills • Demonstrated ability to drive operational outcomes • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive, solution-focused attitude • Ability to listen, adapt, and influence others effectively • Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully across all organizational levels • Ability to leverage CRM technology • Ability to evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements • Ability to maintain systems and data integrity • Ability to comply with regulatory and company-specific requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferred; coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered
