• Responsible for supporting customer retention for Comcast Business Services • Empathizes with clients to resolve outstanding issues and renew contracts • Minimizes churn by strategically offering product bundles • Proactively encourages retention by contacting clients at high propensity churn points • Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals
