• Support Comcast Business Services to retain and grow existing customer base • Act as a business partner to customers emphasizing increased sales and customer satisfaction • Meet sales goals with emphasis on customer growth and retention in the Mid-market segment • Conduct regular reviews and interaction with SMB customers • Prepare sales documentation and work with Sales Engineering for customer solutions • Make outbound calls to achieve sales quota metrics • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience • High School Diploma / GED • MS Suite proficiency • Microsoft Dynamics proficiency • MS Teams proficiency • Salesforce proficiency • MS Outlook proficiency • Billing Tools experience • Inbound/Outbound Call Center experience • Sales experience required
