📋 Description

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response on-site at customers’ locations • Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan time, and escalate issues appropriately • Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations using manual skills • Provide consistent and clear communication through the service app to maintain customer satisfaction • Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs • Complete NCR Atleos training and certifications • Diagnose ATM problems using error logs, service-app information, and a company-provided cell phone • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors • Accurately and promptly report work updates, work details, and call-closure details • Maintain parts inventory and related records • Report hours worked and miles driven daily

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the US • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements • Reliable transportation for work purposes • Familiarity with and ability to operate an Android cell phone • Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including in inclement weather • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Proof of minimum insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage liability per accident • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts • Ability to safely work outdoors in all seasons and potential exposure to the elements • High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skills, and knowledge • Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly and work under pressure • Associate degree preferred • Previous NCR or similar-equipment experience preferred
