📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls • Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access • Organize and triage customer issues • Provide first-line customer response and identify appropriate solutions • Build long-term customer relationships and represent the NCR Atleos brand • Participate in formal, virtual, and hands-on training

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the US • At least 19 years of age • Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel for prolonged periods, driving several hours per day • Availability for rotating and weekend shifts • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred) • A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred) • One or more years of related experience (preferred)
