📋 Description

• Serve as a Financial Business Partner to leadership and divisional teams • Develop and maintain financial models • Support and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes • Manage timely month-end financial analysis • Provide analysis for business and strategic decision-making • Prepare and present budgeting and forecasting results for US-based Operations and Technology & Product leadership teams • Identify and track key operational performance metrics • Provide monthly management reporting and analysis • Create, implement, and maintain forecasting processes • Own closure of monthly segment ledgers and provide analytical insight into trends • Facilitate month-end reviews with segment leadership teams and the Director FP&A • Assist with preparation of US-based financial results, including budget, forecast, and prior-year variance analysis • Prepare board papers and executive team presentations • Manage expense modeling for headcount and non-headcount expenses • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes • Validate corporate assumptions and manage corporate and statutory budgeting components • Improve reporting automation and related data and system processes • Comply with legislative requirements, company guidelines, and Code of Conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an FP&A and Business Partner Manager role • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams • Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite strongly preferred • SaaS or subscription business experience viewed favorably • Strong data analysis, modelling, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to adapt to shifting business requirements and priorities • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to learn new databases and systems quickly • Collaborative approach and ability to work autonomously • High attention to detail • Strong emotional intelligence and professional demeanor • Initiative and ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance • Professional qualification (CA or CPA) preferred
