📋 Description

• Capture customer voices, outcomes, people, and processes through customer storytelling • Set the creative vision and visual bar for customer content across social cutdowns, documentary films, series, podcasts, and other formats • Build and maintain Nebius’s customer video library look and feel • Turn customer co-marketing into targeted demand-building campaigns • Establish the visual identity of content across web pages • Deliver still photography and experiment with graphics • Film, record sound, direct on set, and rough cut content • Hire, brief, and manage agencies, external production teams, editors, and small crews • Design and own an AI-powered content engine that transforms interviews into multiple assets with review and brand-voice checks • Version customer stories for paid social, organic social, sales enablement, events, websites, and press • Build earned and partner distribution through influencers, publications, media, customer-posted content, G2, and other third-party sources • Work on location as videographer and producer, sometimes handling sound and direction independently • Define and maintain a distinctive Nebius-owned storytelling look and feel • Manage a pipeline of customer stories through pre-production, production, post-production, and versioning across global customers • Set targets and report on reach, customer amplification, share of voice, and content-influenced pipeline • Coach colleagues and agencies and champion repeatable creative processes across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of customer stories across video, social, podcast, and series, including work that earned real reach • Track record of earned and partner/third-party distribution beyond owned channels, with results in views, reach, and pickup • Creative storytelling beyond classic customer stories, with builder/technical appeal • Experience building AI systems for content creation and ability to explain an end-to-end workflow • 8+ years of progressive content leadership experience in a senior role at a B2B company, leading or building a creative, content, or production team • Track record of building brands and pipeline through content and campaign creative, tracking results and improving creative outcomes • Hands-on experience filming, directing, and editing, including documentary or observational shooting • Portfolio of AI-native or developer-facing content and technical credibility with AI directors and chief researchers • Comfort operating with little direction and significant ambiguity • Strong creative taste and judgment • Experience hiring, briefing, and managing external agencies or freelance crews • Willingness to travel frequently and shoot on short notice • Authorized to work in the country in which applying and able to provide proof of employment eligibility
