📋 Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages for special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable entity requirements • Support consolidation of SPV results into the broader company reporting process • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external auditors on SPV transactions, reporting matters, annual audits, audit support, PBC requests, audit questions, and proposed adjustments • Maintain and enhance accounting policies, controls, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for SPVs • Prepare and review technical accounting memos and position papers • Support preparation and review of SEC filings, including 20-F and 6-K footnotes and disclosures • Use financial reporting tools such as Workiva or Active Disclosure to manage SEC filings • Evaluate accounting implications of contracts and strategic initiatives • Support SOX compliance and enhance internal controls over financial reporting • Improve financial reporting processes, documentation, and scalability • Assist with ad hoc projects related to capital markets activity, M&A, and global expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA preferred • 5–10 years of experience, with Big 4 or national public accounting firm experience required • Public company experience strongly preferred • Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP • Experience with complex transactions such as M&A, financing arrangements, and capital projects • Strong experience with SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures • Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools such as Workiva or Active Disclosure • Exceptional technical writing skills, including preparation of accounting memos • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire
