📋 Description

• Review assigned student caseloads and clinical placement materials • Conduct introductory calls or meetings to understand students’ clinical needs, specialty requirements, location preferences, schedule availability, transportation access, and placement goals • Maintain regular communication and provide placement progress updates to students • Conduct onboarding check-ins with confirmed students • Respond to student emails and phone calls • Conduct outreach to new and existing clinical sites to identify placement opportunities • Research potential preceptors and clinical sites • Confirm site requirements, student capacity, supervision availability, onboarding requirements, documentation, clinical hours, and timelines • Build and maintain relationships with clinical partners, preceptors, supervisors, and university stakeholders • Collect and document site, preceptor, onboarding, affiliation agreement, and placement information • Support student-to-site matching based on student needs, program requirements, specialty, geography, availability, qualifications, and expectations • Present appropriate clinical placement opportunities to students and clinical partners • Track matching progress and work toward placement timelines and KPIs • Collaborate with university partners, nursing leadership, faculty, internal teams, and clinical sites to resolve concerns • Escalate complex site, student, preceptor, supervision, or compliance concerns • Maintain accurate student, site, preceptor, supervisor, and placement records • Audit caseload information and reconcile trackers, platforms, and student records • Provide weekly caseload updates to leadership • Review placement applications, resumes, preference forms, onboarding documents, compliance records, confirmation forms, preceptor information, and placement dates • Confirm placement information, dates, hours, credentials, supervision, and site details before final confirmation • Support audit preparation and documentation review • Follow data privacy, confidentiality, and student-record policies • Meet KPIs related to site development, matching, confirmation, and documentation • Represent Alchemy professionally and support appropriate, timely, educationally sound clinical placements for nursing students

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required • Experience in clinical placement, healthcare education, student support, clinical coordination, recruitment, advising, or partnership development preferred • Experience supporting nursing programs, nurse practitioner programs, or other healthcare training programs strongly preferred • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and tracking skills • Ability to manage a student caseload and multiple clinical site relationships simultaneously • Comfortable communicating professionally by phone, Zoom, and email • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Salesforce, or similar tracking and placement systems • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team • Professional judgment and discretion when handling student information, site concerns, and sensitive placement issues • Familiarity with nursing clinical rotation requirements, clinical hour requirements, preceptor expectations, and onboarding processes • Experience communicating with healthcare organizations and preceptors • Understanding of nursing or nurse practitioner program structures and clinical placement workflows • Ability to assess placement fit based on student needs, site capacity, clinical specialty, preceptor availability, and program requirements • Experience with Salesforce, Tevera, Exxat, Typhon, CastleBranch, ClickUp, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Dedicated, confidential workspace with a door that can be closed for privacy • Reliable high-speed internet • Working desktop or laptop supported by Mac or Windows operating systems • Comfort using collaborative tools to communicate with remote team members and university partners
