• Support nursing students in securing appropriate, timely clinical placements. • Conduct outreach to clinical sites and assess placement opportunities. • Maintain communication with students throughout the placement process. • Track student matching progress and collaborate with partners. • Audit and document placement records across required systems. • Develop strong relationships with clinical partners and stakeholders. • Support overall goal of securing educationally sound clinical placements for nursing students.
• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution required. • Experience in clinical placement, healthcare education, student support, clinical coordination, recruitment, advising, or partnership development preferred. • Experience supporting nursing programs, nurse practitioner programs, or other healthcare training programs strongly preferred. • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organization, time management, follow-up, and tracking skills. • Ability to manage a student caseload and multiple clinical site relationships at the same time. • Comfortable communicating professionally by phone, Zoom, and email. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Salesforce, or similar tracking and placement systems. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team. • Professional judgment and discretion when handling student information, site concerns, and sensitive placement issues.
