• Develop and implement sales and marketing communications plans • Develop and maintain sales and marketing calendars for open opportunities in territory • Prepare lead generation activities, retention initiatives, and customer acquisition strategies at conferences and events • Develop and cultivate school and lender relationships for retention and sales activities • Educate, implement and train current and new customers on products and services • Assist in measuring and reporting on key metrics to evaluate performance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5-10 years of experience in financial aid or private loans • Sales and Marketing background preferred • High level of verbal and written skill required • Ability to work independently or in a group
