📋 Description
• Provide supervision for the Contractor employees • Planning and managing the contract professionally • Coaching and mentoring supervisors and leads • Ensuring accurate and timely reports are provided • Execute cost saving factors and quality controls • Alternately, manage all matters relating to NELOGIS' Performance in the absence of the Site Manager
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Distribution Management • At least seven (7) years of management experience in distribution operations similar to the size and complexity to the operations offered in this contract • Minimum of two (2) years of experience using DLA automated warehouse management systems within the past five (5) years • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance • Candidate must be a US Citizen
