📋 Description

• Independently lead medium-complexity operational programs and transformation initiatives across multiple functional teams in a SaaS environment • Execute operational and strategic initiatives across the Operations organization • Manage defined workstreams and coordinate stakeholders • Ensure programs progress according to plan • Lead end-to-end execution, including scope definition, execution strategy, milestone delivery, and KPI tracking • Drive structured decision-making across business units to resolve execution challenges and maintain program momentum • Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies affecting delivery timelines or outcomes • Monitor business outcomes including efficiency gains, revenue enablement, and cost optimization • Contribute to improvements in PMO governance frameworks and reporting rigor • Present program updates to senior managers • Lead cross-functional working teams and mentor junior program coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise program management or consulting experience • Proven ownership of multi-team initiatives • Experience managing transformation initiatives with measurable impact • Understanding of strategic priorities and ability to translate them into execution plans • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs within defined program scope • Comfortable navigating moderate ambiguity • Quantitative analysis skills to recommend execution decisions • Advanced Excel, Smartsheet, and reporting skills • Ability to create dashboards • Ability to influence functional stakeholders • Ability to present program updates to senior managers • Ability to build alignment through structured storytelling • Experience leading programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations • Ability to drive change adoption • Experience leading cross-functional working teams • Ability to mentor junior program coordinators • Ability to drive accountability • Understanding of revenue drivers and operational KPIs • Ability to align program deliverables to value creation • Knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle dependencies • Comfort with emerging operational technology • Knowledge of using LLMs
