📋 Description
• Prepare and organize medical records for physicians • Update patient history and health information • Perform accurate medical data entry and documentation • Review basic lab results and screening procedures • Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies • Support physicians with administrative and clerical tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual with healthcare/medical translation experience • Strong English and communication skills • Detail-oriented and reliable • Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST • Experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical translation, or medical documentation • Experience in US healthcare is asked about in the application
