📋 Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy for assigned accounts • Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including purchasing, planning and inventory control • Develop tailored supply chain solutions aligned with service, cost and risk priorities • Serve as primary escalation point for customer supply chain issues • Improve on-time delivery performance across assigned programs • Collaborate with demand planning to align forecasts and improve accuracy • Optimize inventory levels and working capital • Oversee long-term capacity planning and material allocation • Ensure robust launch plans for NPI and intersite product transfers • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and mitigate supply risks with sourcing and procurement teams • Lead customer materials repricing cycles • Negotiate supplier terms • Minimize excess and obsolete inventory exposure and liability • Deploy VMI, JIT and consignment supply chain models • Align Sales, Operations and Procurement teams to deliver customer commitments • Lead and mentor site materials teams

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • End-to-end Supply Chain Process experience • 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing • Strong background in customer program management • Deep understanding of electronics market dynamics • Proven experience in inventory optimization and working capital management • Experience managing cross-regional, remote teams • Ability to operate in high-volatility supply environments • Strong communication, leadership, process development and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with urgency and minimal direction • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
