📋 Description
• Partner with external providers, internal stakeholders, and Transportation Hub (T-Hub) teams to build and optimize load plans • Manage reschedules and escalate scheduling issues to maintain continuity • Execute daily operations in line with T-Hub timing and cutoff requirements • Apply T-Hub and E2E strategies to balance cost, service, and risk mitigation • Provide timely reporting to drive visibility, accountability, and issue escalation
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years transportation experience (domestic modes/equipment; Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) & Full Truckload (FTL)) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience coordinating across internal/external stakeholders • Knowledge of transit times, lane planning, and load building to meet delivery targets • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
