📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components • Build declarative and programmatic automation using Flow and Apex • Migrate legacy Process Builder logic to scalable Flow or code-based solutions • Extend and customize Salesforce CPQ functionality, including Product Rules, Pricing Rules, approval processes, and CPQ scripts/plugins • Design and support system integrations, APIs, middleware connections, and integrated applications • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions with architects, admins, and stakeholders • Lead user experience improvements through custom Lightning components, dynamic forms, and advanced page layouts • Write and maintain unit tests and perform code reviews • Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct root cause analysis • Enforce data quality, security, and access control best practices • Document technical designs, code, and processes • Own release management, deployment pipelines, version control, and sandbox strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience • Apex classes, triggers, batch/schedulable jobs • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • SOQL/SOSL • Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models and best practices • Understanding of the Opportunity sales cycle and sales processes • Advanced declarative automation experience with Flow • Experience migrating Process Builder automation to Flow or Apex • Salesforce CPQ experience, including custom pricing logic, product rule configuration, and approval process customization (preferred) • Data management experience, including large-scale data migrations, integrations, and data quality architecture • Experience designing user access models, sharing architecture, roles, profiles, and permission sets • Proven ability to debug complex code and configuration issues • Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Manual dexterity for repetitive computer use • Ability to sit for extended periods
