📋 Description

• Architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Make-A-Wish America Salesforce platform • Support the Make-A-Wish National Office and chapters across the United States • Analyze complex business problems and implement solutions that enhance business applications • Create design specifications, unit test scripts, and technical documentation • Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce/Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components • Deliver across the product life cycle, including evaluations, solution design, custom development, testing, integrations, and implementation support • Lead or participate in architecture and technical design sessions • Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews • Coordinate release documentation and communications, including training and customer, service management, and technical release notes • Identify and resolve technical challenges and communicate with relevant audiences • Support integrations with other applications and third-party applications • Participate in daily scrum meetings and deliver assigned user stories • Proactively communicate risks and issues with recommendations to product teams and leadership • Debug and resolve reported issues and defects • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal technical teams, vendors, and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not provided • Bachelor’s in computer science, IT or a related degree or equivalent work experience is required • 3 years hands-on Salesforce development experience • Certified Salesforce Developer required • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle • Proven ability to develop within the Agile framework • Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or NPSP preferred • Experience in Marketing Cloud a plus • Salesforce development experience including configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports and Dashboards • Strong analytical and product management skills • Experience implementing and administering Salesforce environments • Ability to build and maintain strong vendor partnerships • Critical problem-solving ability • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with product and support teams • Ability to thrive in a remote environment • Some travel required • May occasionally require work outside a traditional Monday–Friday work week and normal business hours
