📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of strategic law firm and legal department client relationships, serving as the primary advisor and point of accountability for their NetDocuments experience and AI transformation journey • Drive renewal and expansion within the assigned book of business, maintaining high net revenue retention and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Develop and execute tailored AI adoption roadmaps and measurable adoption plans with firm leadership and legal technology teams • Lead executive-level business reviews with firm management committees, CIOs, and Chief Innovation Officers, communicating ROI, adoption performance, and strategic direction • Identify and escalate at-risk accounts and partner with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineers on remediation plans • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel client feedback into the product roadmap • Contribute to the Legal Innovation Partner playbook and establish AI transformation engagement best practices • Represent NetDocuments at legal technology conferences, client advisory boards, and industry events • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or management consulting focused on the legal sector • Fluent in using AI for legal workflows and legal use • Direct experience owning client relationships and renewal/expansion outcomes in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment • Fluency in law firm operations, including firm structures, decision-making, technology evaluation and adoption, and attorney behavior • JD or equivalent legal industry experience strongly preferred; prior law firm practice at associate or counsel level is a significant advantage • Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior law firm stakeholders, including partners, COOs, CIOs, and practice group leaders • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations and ROI narratives • Familiarity with legal AI applications, document management systems, and the broader LegalTech ecosystem • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and industry events
