📋 Description

• Own the security partnership for Marketing and Animation • Build stakeholder relationships and translate business context into opinionated security guidance • Lead security risk assessments and treatment strategies with cross-functional teams • Evaluate and advise on GenAI tool adoption security risks • Set conditions of approval and assess training data provenance and data handling • Partner with Legal and Privacy on unified guidance • Maintain and evolve Business Risk Profiles for business units • Prioritize and drive remediation of significant risks • Advance pre-release content protection for campaign assets, creative content, animation production pipelines, and studio workstation environments • Coordinate with Content Security and partner SPA teams to align controls with content sensitivity • Support M&A technical security due diligence for acquisitions and subsidiaries • Develop reporting and metrics communicating risk posture and business security initiatives to SPA leadership and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating as a security partner or advisor • Experience building trust with business stakeholders, translating technical risk into business language, and driving decisions without direct authority • Direct experience advising on or assessing security risks in GenAI systems • Broad security domain knowledge across application security, cloud security, identity and access management, and data governance • Ability to operate across security domains and determine when to go deep versus synthesize • Strong stakeholder partnership instincts and ability to translate technical findings into business decisions • Comfort with ambiguity and novel technology environments • Framework for reasoning under uncertainty and making recommendations when the answer is not fully known • M&A or technical due diligence experience is a plus and not required
