📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering data science and analytics projects within highly ambiguous and complex business environments • Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other relevant fields • Experience hiring and leading high-caliber, data-focused teams with varying technical strengths across analytics, experimentation, and machine learning • Tenacious and flexible and can effectively organize and lead cross-functional projects, overcome challenges, and propose new solutions • Strength in independently finding opportunities and executing on science and analytics challenges for maximum business impact • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders
