📋 Description

• Contribute to, maintain, and expand critical design component libraries and capabilities supporting hundreds of internal users using React • Implement AI solutions when appropriate to accelerate product design workflows • Execute projects from ideation through implementation and rollout • Participate in internal user research to inform prioritization and feature development • Complete medium to large features independently with limited guidance • Triage and resolve support requests related to the Design System portfolio • Work with designers and engineers across teams to maintain Design System integrity and reliability • Participate in on-call rotation to meet critical SLAs • Participate in design and code reviews • Communicate progress and impact to the team and partners • Gather stakeholder input and identify opportunities to evolve the design capabilities portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping software • Experience with single page applications architecture, patterns, and design • Experience fetching data from GraphQL and REST APIs • Experience with client-side instrumentation and observability • Ability to drive features and communicate effectively with your team and partners • Able to contribute to design, architect, debug, test, and create well-documented code • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Experience managing web applications with complex state management • Current/former professional experience working with Figma Plugins • Bonus if you’ve contributed to open-source projects
