📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for Netflix's SCM, artifact, and CI infrastructure • Own the strategy for our build, CI, and SCM systems • Lead the development of our next generation CI platform build on Github Cloud and Github Actions • Identify where we push the boundaries of vendor products • Partner closely with engineering teams across Netflix to understand their build and CI needs • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and scaling GitHub in a large engineering organization • Experience leading large scale migrations • A history of operating at a scale that requires going beyond what vendor products offer • Hands-on background in CI infrastructure • Strong technical judgment • Experience building trust and alignment with diverse internal stakeholders • A bias for pragmatic outcomes
