📋 Description

• Support portfolio-level strategy for how Netflix Games slate shows up across discovery and promotional surfaces • Develop clear, data-backed recommendations on how to allocate limited placements • Act as a central coordination point for slate and placement needs across multiple Games GMs • Partner closely with Games Merchandising team to translate slate and portfolio direction into day-to-day execution • Collaborate with Data Science & Engineering to analyze performance and improve targeting • Use data and insights to inform recommendations and refine placement approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in digital merchandising, platform programming, editorial strategy, or portfolio planning • Strong data fluency • Experience working cross-functionally with senior partners • Excellent judgment and structured thinking • Passion for games, discovery, and building scalable systems
