📋 Description

• Own and lead Exol’s enterprise Safety Program across all operating sites • Establish and standardize safety policies, procedures, and governance frameworks • Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations • Develop and implement machine safety, LOTO, electrical safety, and automation risk standards • Lead incident investigations and drive permanent corrective actions • Design and deploy enterprise safety training and certification programs • Conduct site audits and close compliance gaps before they create operational exposure • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and Automation teams to embed safety into daily execution • Oversee contractor and vendor safety compliance standards • Develop and report safety KPIs and leading indicators to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, industrial management, or related field • Minimum 8 years of progressive safety leadership experience in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or automated environments, including 3 years leading teams • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and NFPA 70E competency required. • Electrical safety specialization (CESCP) for automation heavy operations strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise safety programs across multiple sites • Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, machine guarding, LOTO, and industrial risk management • Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis • Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability • Experience supporting high-automation or robotics environments strongly preferred

• Travel could be up to 50% of the time • Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc)
