📋 Description

• Produce a complex title from inception to live. • Be the single source of truth for game information. • Have a proven track record as an excellent game producer with a focus on game readiness, quality, predictability, impact, and performance. • Develop and drive full lifecycle project roadmaps, schedules, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with broader portfolio and quality goals. • Collaborate with our operations teams to own partnerships with cross-functional teams, excelling in relationship management and delivery. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of portfolio objectives and the ability to align project efforts with strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Video Game Production, preferably in both Publishing and Development, shipping multiple products from ideation to live operation on various platforms. • Strong understanding of game development - Design, Programming, Art, Audio, Localization, QA, Release Management. • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, utilize analytical skills for continuous improvement. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels. • Proven leadership skills, able to influence teams without direct authority, while fostering a positive team environment and relationships. • Expertise in managing project budgets - forecasting, tracking, reporting. • Up-to-date on industry trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape. • Passionate about gaming across various genres/platforms, with a focus on party, puzzle, tabletop, card games. • Highly-adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
