📋 Description

• Analyze court workflows, court operations, and related judicial processes to identify opportunities for improvement • Document current- and future-state business processes, functional requirements, and system interactions • Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams • Conduct data analysis and research to support solution design, configuration, and decision-making • Engage directly with customers throughout discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions with court personnel • Provide expert guidance, subject-matter assistance, and best-practice recommendations to clients and internal teams • Support user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, and assist with rollout activities • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in JIRA • Produce process maps, requirements specifications, and training materials • Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Provide demonstrations and training to clients on the Court Case Management Application • Perform other duties as assigned • Support, enhance, and implement Court Case Management software solutions for courts • Work across multiple concurrent projects and customer-facing engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or the equivalent amount of related experience required • 3+ years of experience working in court operations, case management, or judicial administration • Previous experience in a senior or lead Business Analyst role • Experience with judicial or government software applications • Proficiency with JIRA or similar tools for user story creation • Experience supporting software implementations or enterprise system rollouts • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset • Comprehensive knowledge of court processes, including domain-specific terminology • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong active listening skills • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills preferred • Experience or proficiency with Jira, Monday, and Confluence • Ability to learn and effectively use multiple internal software applications • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines • Ability to travel up to 50% • Reliable high-speed internet for a remote working environment • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery • Frequent communication via telephone and Teams
