📋 Description

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements • Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design • Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions • Develop technical requirements and specifications • Drive best practice UX design into solution delivery • Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications • Deliver customer end user training and documentation • Oversee successful completion of assigned projects • Lead vision and strategy discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in a hands on technical consulting and project management role • 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce • Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources • Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects • Experience with Salesforce APIs and original code development • Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required • Expert-level experience in designing Service Cloud solutions • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder)
