📋 Description

• Run the engineering team's weekly planning cadence and sync meetings during Pacific and Eastern overlap hours • Translate product vision and priorities into clear, owned assignments • Keep Linear current daily so issue status, project states, and ownership reflect reality • Work asynchronously in Slack to clear dependencies, gather updates, and resolve unclear requirements or priorities with leadership • Publish a daily progress report to the full team in Slack • Build and maintain system architecture diagrams from engineering input • Build, document, and hand off AI workflows, prompts, and skills to reduce project management overhead • Report to the Head of Engineering • Support delivery for Neural Earth's Prometheus decision intelligence platform and related data products and APIs

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar delivery role supporting software engineering teams • Hands-on experience with Linear or a comparable issue tracker, plus Slack-first asynchronous collaboration • Availability for synchronous meetings during core overlap hours between Pacific and Eastern time zones • Ability to accommodate occasional travel as needed (~5%) • Experience coordinating software engineering sprints and delivery • Ability to create clear, accurate architecture diagrams from engineering walkthroughs • Experience using AI tools for reporting, summaries, and tracking • Ability to build AI workflows, prompts, and skills that others can run independently • Understanding of software delivery risks, dependencies, and scope creep • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness or ability to work without employment visa sponsorship, as applicable
