📋 Description
• Manage risk by developing and overseeing emergency and crisis support processes • Consult and provide direction to staff in crisis cases • Be available for immediate support during assigned and on-call hours • Cover Response Services for suicide assessments • Review SAFE-T Assessments and risk levels • Ensure smooth referral and communication processes • Monitor communication and outreach documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or related field • Independent clinical license (LISW/LCSW/LMSW, LPCC, LMFT) • 5+ years of behavioral health experience • Experience with adolescents (preferred) • Strong organizational and technological proficiency • Ability to navigate multiple applications and document in real time
