📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to support business planning and financial decision-making. • Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and periodic financial reports. • Perform variance analysis by comparing actual financial results against budgets and forecasts. • Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical reports. • Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating costs. • Use Microsoft Excel for financial calculations, data analysis, and reporting. • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports. • Analyze financial trends, identify discrepancies, and highlight cost optimization opportunities. • Support FP&A activities across business functions. • Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams on financial requirements and reporting needs. • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present financial performance and business insights. • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for management decisions and strategic initiatives. • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and reporting processes. • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 0–1 year of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or a related analytical role. • Strong understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial data analysis. • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. • Familiarity with financial modeling and fundamental financial analysis techniques. • Knowledge of key financial concepts, including revenue, expenses, profitability, margins, and cash flow. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with financial data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for financial data analysis is a plus. • Understanding of financial performance metrics, business KPIs, and financial reporting principles. • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively. • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities. • Preferred: Academic projects, internships, or practical experience involving financial analysis, budgeting, or financial modeling. • Preferred: Familiarity with FP&A processes. • Preferred: Exposure to QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP. • Preferred: Experience creating financial dashboards, reports, or analytical presentations. • Preferred: Basic understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, and business valuation concepts.
