📋 Description

• Partner closely with Account Strategists to support day-to-day client needs and ensure smooth account operations • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, keeping projects moving forward and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met • Organize and track creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across active client accounts • Maintain visibility into key milestones and help ensure campaigns stay on schedule • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and translating key metrics into actionable insights • Partner with account and creative teams to identify opportunities for creative improvements and optimization • Coordinate creative testing initiatives and landing page optimization efforts • Document learnings and ensure testing plans are executed effectively • Support development and quality assurance of client-facing reports, presentations, and deliverables • Participate in client calls and internal meetings, capture detailed notes, and track action items • Ensure follow-ups are completed and stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• Digital marketing knowledge around Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once • Effective communicator, capable of relaying clear updates and feedback to both clients and team members • A proactive attitude with a love for collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment • Strong familiarity with Google Suite and Slack • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus
