📋 Description

• Lead design output for high-profile clients across static ads, landing pages, and motion storyboards. • Refine and elevate creative work to ensure high standards of craft, polish, and visual excellence. • Create storyboards and visual frameworks for motion and video content. • Partner with editors and motion designers to bring concepts to life. • Support creative ideation and contribute to pitch decks for new and existing clients. • Translate strategic ideas into visually engaging concepts. • Maintain brand consistency across deliverables while keeping designs fresh and platform-appropriate. • Collaborate with design pod leads, creative strategists, and cross-functional partners. • Share feedback and ideas to improve creative output across accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design taste across digital advertising, including static ads, landing pages, and motion/storyboard work. • Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Proficiency with AI platforms to streamline workflow and generate images. • Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, premium creative. • Experience developing storyboards for motion and video content, including pacing, composition, and visual storytelling. • Comfort managing multiple brand accounts and adapting to different aesthetics, standards, and feedback styles. • Ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction. • Strong attention to detail and design craft. • Motion design or animation skills, such as After Effects. (Nice to have) • Landing page and email design experience. (Nice to have) • Experience in a performance creative or agency environment. (Nice to have) • Experience designing for UI or app-based brands. (Nice to have)
