📋 Description

• Execute the CISO’s strategy, roadmap, priorities, and annual objectives • Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, milestones, accountabilities, and outcomes • Identify dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and execution gaps across the security portfolio • Lead high-priority initiatives and special projects for the CISO across organizational and functional boundaries • Align Information Security priorities with business objectives, transformation agenda, risk appetite, and IT strategy • Establish and manage the Office of the CISO operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategy sessions, business reviews, planning cycles, and executive updates • Develop agendas, decision materials, action logs, and follow-up mechanisms • Prepare CISO briefings for executive meetings, Board and committee engagements, regulatory discussions, and business reviews • Coordinate information flow into and out of the CISO’s office • Provide visibility into security spending, resource allocation, vendor commitments, and business outcomes • Manage the overall Information Security budget, including monthly financial performance and forecasting • Support portfolio management across security programs, projects, services, and technology investments • Evaluate investment proposals and direct resources toward priority risks and strategic objectives • Define and monitor KPIs, KRIs, strategic outcomes, and program health measures • Develop decision-oriented cybersecurity presentations and communications • Monitor roadmap progress and facilitate corrective action • Promote consistent prioritization, decision-making, and accountability methods • Coordinate Information Security support for the Quantum Leap AI program and enterprise transformation initiatives • Incorporate cybersecurity considerations into AI initiatives from the outset • Track security commitments and dependencies related to AI adoption and emerging technologies • Analyze information security capabilities and market options to identify AI and automation opportunities for detection, prevention, analysis, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business administration, risk management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • Eight or more years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology, security strategy and execution, or a related field • Experience supporting senior executives and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large global enterprise • Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, governance, and common security operating models • Ability to translate complex technical and risk information into clear business implications and executive-level communications • Experience with strategic planning, performance management, financial planning, portfolio management, or organizational operations • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical judgment, organizational discipline, and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent • Experience using AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude • Experience handling highly confidential information • Master’s degree in business administration, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field (preferred) • Experience in a global consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or similarly complex multinational organization (preferred) • Experience developing materials for Boards of Directors, executive committees, auditors, or regulators (preferred) • Previous experience in cybersecurity strategy, transformation, or security leadership (preferred)
