• Lead Newell Brands' enterprise reliability program and global technical training function within ERA • Own and execute the ERA Global Reliability Program roadmap from Q3 2026 through Q1 2029 across 40+ manufacturing sites and 60 distribution centers • Define and deploy global reliability standards covering asset registry, criticality ranking, PM optimization, condition monitoring, and digital architecture • Drive planned maintenance rate toward 85%+ and lead OEE and TEEP improvement initiatives toward targets of 80% and 60% • Own global standards for the PEAK EFO PAC and steward the Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance pillars • Lead fleet management strategies for approximately 29,000 assets, including lifecycle policies, replacement schedules, benchmarks, and spare parts strategies • Design and deploy condition monitoring programs including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and motor circuit analysis • Govern the Tribo Program and develop certified tribology subject-matter experts at site level • Build predictive maintenance capability with the OTTO/ODIN AI platform and integrate data into Newell-IQ and CMMS analytics • Govern the global MicroMain CMMS program and asset data standards • Design and govern ERA and GPSN technical training programs and learning pathways • Coordinate technical training delivery across NAM, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC using in-person, virtual, and on-the-job formats • Build and lead a global reliability team and develop direct reports • Present program status, KPIs, and investment requirements to executive and operations stakeholders • Build business cases for reliability investment and represent ERA Reliability in cross-functional forums
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline • 10+ years of progressive experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset management in a manufacturing environment • Experience building or leading a reliability program at multi-site or enterprise scale • Working knowledge of ISO 55000 and its application to enterprise asset management strategy, policy, and organizational alignment • Expert-level knowledge of RCM, condition monitoring technologies, and PM optimization methodologies • Familiarity with asset management body of knowledge frameworks and Certified Reliability Leader competency domains • Experience with CMMS platforms; MicroMain or equivalent • Strong command of OEE, TEEP, MTBF, MTTR, and Six Big Losses frameworks • Ability to lead across a global, matrixed organization with manufacturing sites in multiple regions • Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred • Familiarity with lean manufacturing systems preferred • Experience integrating reliability data with industrial AI/ML platforms or digital twins preferred • Multilingual capability in Spanish, Portuguese, or French valued
