📋 Description

• Lead and manage Loan Officers and operational staff within the branch • Proactively recruit and onboard new Loan Officers • Ensure all new hires receive thorough training and support • Serve as a go-to resource for resolving customer service concerns • Analyze pipeline volume and forecast trends, setting clear productivity expectations • Monitor branch performance against revenue goals and budget targets • Stay current on all relevant mortgage regulations • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote the branch • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with local partners

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Active NMLS licensure in one or more states • 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within mortgage sales • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and recruiting is preferred • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; experience with Encompass LOS strongly preferred
