📋 Description
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories of spend • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service level agreements, and renewal terms with vendors • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and service quality • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewals • Manage procurement platforms and tools used for sourcing, vendor management, and contract tracking • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience • 3+ years managing teams, preferably across multiple geographic regions • Experience negotiating complex vendor contracts • Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and procurement tools • Experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing module is a plus • Experience creating dashboards, procurement reports, and spend analytics • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
