📋 Description

• Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success across the customer base • Document adoption and success • Lead adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic products within customers’ business infrastructure • Partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through upselling new services and contract renewals • Advocate for new product features and provide customer feedback to product management and engineering • Maintain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses and technical environments • Lead interactive product demonstrations for diverse audiences, answer real-time technical inquiries, and drive platform adoption • Own technical customer relationships and solve technical problems in real time • Travel as required in this field-based role, with extensive travel opportunities available

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated pre or post sales experience within the software industry or working directly for a Public Sector organization (ie. Government Agency, Municipal Department, Public Utility, or State/Federal Enterprise). • Interest in or previous experience with performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web or mobile, user experience) • Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation • Desire to learn new technologies • Ability to keep project plans and documentation up to date • Fluent in English • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Must verify identity and eligibility to work • Required to complete employment eligibility verification • Criminal background check required • May be required to pass an export compliance assessment • Bonus: familiarity with Java, .NET, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, or Golang • Bonus: exposure to or interest in Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, or CI/CD • Bonus: background in iOS and Android platforms and architectures • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent desirable
