📋 Description

• Design static and animated graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms • Build reusable social templates, graphic packages, and visual systems • Adapt client brands for social while preserving organizational identity • Create motion graphics, animated text, and short edited pieces for campaigns and client shows • Support graphic production across creator content and shows from concept through delivery • Prepare final files for publishing and handoff with appropriate formats, export settings, and captions • Generate high volumes of visual ideas and options quickly • Use AI image and video generation tools to explore, iterate, and produce • Keep the team current on graphic trends, platform formats, and new tools • Collaborate with strategists, project managers, and production staff

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years designing graphics and motion for social media and the internet • Portfolio of social-first work, including static graphics and motion • Strong command of typography, color, layout, and composition • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects, and comparable design and motion tools • Proficiency in AI image and video generation using tools such as Flora and other AI-enabled design platforms • Knowledge of a wide range of graphic styles • Fluency in social media platforms, formats, and platform-specific practices • Study or work in media or communications (a plus) • Experience with social or political causes and campaigns (a big plus) • Ability to work remotely while based in the United States
