📋 Description

• Own the Nexcess and Servers.com LinkedIn company pages, including calendar, copy, and community response • Bring launches, events, and campaigns to social channels • Concept and direct social-native content, including short-form video, with the Creative team • Invent and test new formats and make successful formats repeatable • Enable internal experts to publish by developing prompts and drafts in their voices • Manage the Reddit agency day to day and review drafts and replies • Partner with Demand Generation to boost high-performing posts and contributors • Use listening and performance data to guide publishing decisions • Maintain brand voice across company pages and ghostwritten posts • Collaborate with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in B2B social media with LinkedIn as a primary channel • Experience running a Reddit program and building presence in communities • Portfolio of original B2B social work written and published from concept to publish • Understanding of short-form video and graphics, with briefing skills • Track record growing a company page audience through engagement from relevant buyers • Experience enabling subject matter experts to publish • Experience briefing and managing an agency partner • Ability to translate technical subject matter into customer-facing content • Current working understanding of LinkedIn distribution • Working knowledge of GitHub and developer communities is a significant bonus
