📋 Description

• Work with Nexstar members through all phases of implementation of proprietary best practices programs • Conduct orientation, training, mentoring, and offering support • Perform financial analysis and monitoring progress of members • Utilize Nexstar’s systems to guide members • Engage with members through one-to-one consulting in a highly visible role • Act as a liaison between Nexstar and its members • Document performance standards and standards to answer recurring questions • Facilitate Peer Group Meetings and Business Planning Workshops • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in business or operations management • Proven successful leadership in a field service environment with 50 or more employees • Knowledge of residential service and repair industry (i.e., Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical) is strongly preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong financial management background • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
